Half a Million! Adults Only

We have now had 500,000, half a million, visitors to our sites! Thats quite a lot of people, roughly the same amount as New Labour has culled with their failure to keep our hospitals clean, pay proper pensions so our elderly can afford heating, witholding essential drugs from cancer patients, failing to get a grip on crime and allowing gangsters from all over the world into our society.

So as Peter and I have entertained half a million people while all New Labour have managed is to kill half a million off maybe we should stand for election? After all we really couldn't do any worse could we?

How come? Adults Only

This week, despite the wishes of a lot of Labour MP's, the government finally caved in and allowed people who can afford it to buy their own drugs and top up their cancer treatment, giving them the best chance of survival and prolonging their lives. But how come the NHS doesn't just supply the drugs needed?

Well according to NICE, who dictate what drugs cancer patients can or cannot have it's because the NHS can't afford the drugs because they are too expensive. Now while it's true that these drugs are very expensive and the drug companies could and should reduce their prices the argument that the NHS can't afford them is rubbish.

Firstly they are quite happy to provide fertility treatment to people too selfish to adopt. Not being able to have a baby is not a life threatening condition and treating people for it at the same time as saying you can't afford drugs to keep people alive is shameful.

Then there is the huge problem in the A&E departments. People without a national insurance number, those who to put it bluntly are here illegally and shouldn't be getting free health care, are not allowed to register with a GP so everday they clog our accident and emergency departments up getting treatment they are not entitled to and using up vast amounts of money and resources. So we can treat people from all over the world for free but can't afford to give our cancer patients life saving drugs? Shameful.

Then there are the translators. Anybody who doesn't speak English, even if they are illegal, is entitled to a translator in hospital, provided for free by the NHS. Now if you live in this country, pay your taxes in this country and therefore entitled to treatment then you should be able to speak our language and shouldn't need a translator. So cancer patients are denied the drugs they need while people not entitled to treatment or too lazy to learn our language get special help. Shameful.

Then what about the free prescriptions that the Welsh get, given to them just to try and win votes and keep Labour in power? Last year that cost 385 million pounds! So our MP's can use our money to buy votes but can't afford to give cancer patients the drugs they need. Shameful.

The truth is that were it run properly, and as a health service rather than a political football, the NHS could easily afford to give us people who need them the drugs we require. But that won't get this scum of a government many extra votes so they would rather bribe the Welsh and pander to minorities while cancer patients die.

It is nothing more than another part of the genocide and mass murder that Labour are carrying out against the sick, poor and elderly in this country.

How about a fat tax?

Just when the government should be cutting down on expenditure it is instead trying to spend and borrow it's way out of the financial mess that gormless gordon got us in.

In another total waste of time and money "health initiative" it's now piloting a scheme where fat people will get a reward card and gain points for walking their kids to school and going to exercise classes etc.

Leaving aside the obvious question, why should the tax payer reward these lazy fat bastards at all, what has happened to this governments usual method of trying to tax people into submission?

To try and stop us driving our cars they tax us. To try and stop us smoking they tax us. To try and stop us drinking they tax us. So why not have a fat tax as well?

Every station, supermarket, airport, etc should have three turnstyles, small, medium and large abd people should be chraged according to their size and weight with the lardy arses paying more. A bus, train or plane full of normal size people will use far less fuel than the same vehicle full of obese people so why shouldn't they pay extra?

We could have scales on a bus linked to the Oyster card reader so the overweight pay extra. And then just like smokers, drinkers and motorists fat gits could either pay extra taxes or stop eating so much and do some exercise now and again.

The reason these people are overweight is their own fault and using tax payers money to try and bribe them into eating less and taking more exercise is a disgraceful waste of tax payers money.

Now we need a maid as well. Adults Only

Well we have been busy trying to sort out a nurse to look after us when the time comes but then we realised that with the state of our hospitals we are going to need a maid as well to make sure stuff is clean and we dont become one of the thousands killed by dirty hospitals.

You see while they can afford to pay people with degrees huge salaries to walk round and report on the cleanliness of wards this government doesnt actually bother to pay people to actually clean the wards in the first place and the pen pushers visit the wards three times a day while the cleaners only come once a day.

We spoke to the hospital yesterday, or rather Peter did, he tends not to let me deal with serious stuff, can't think why. Anyway it seems that we have two proper tumours in our lung, one 1 centimetre long, whatever a centimetre is, and another 1.5 centimetres. We also have a couple of nodules in our lymph glands but they are not sure if they are cancerous or not yet.

Once the pain, coughing and breathing problems start to get too much we have to go in and have what they call second line chemotherapy. This will be the last lot for us because we live in England. Anywhere else in the UK we could then go onto third line chemo but it's expensive and in racially discriminate Britain English people are not considered worth spending the money on, even though it's mainly English taxes that fund the NHS.

So we are once more going to have the pleasure of sitting in a hospital waiting for over worked nurses to inject us with poison that this time will make us sick and our hair fall out, while the ward is full of pen pushers doing absolutely nothing except making sure that the hospital meets government targets.

If we were somehow to find the ten thousand pouns that would be needed for our third line chemo those wonderful people at New Labour have put another obstacle in our way. Basically if you find the money for the drugs that could help prolong your life then, out of spite, New Labour won't let you have any treatment at all on the NHS and you have to pay for everything.

So, all you people who say how great the NHS is can you please tell me how it is fair and just to withold treatment from people because of their nationality, how it is fair and just to provide free prescriptions to millionaires in Wales but not cancer treatment to poor people in England and how it is fair and just to allow milionaires all over the country free treatment for just about anything but if a cancer patient dares to raise the money for their drugs they then are entitled to no free treatment at all no matter how poor they are?

This time I agree with Peter, the NHS is nothing more than a system where poor English people pay huge amounts of tax to provide free health care to the rich and to foreigeners. And if you vote Labour you are scum, you know you are, and you are just too selfish to care.

Well the postman has just been and delivered another job application, this time from sexy blonde nurse Maria. A nurse something like this would be ideal because at least we would then die with a smile on our face!

Here is another applicant for the position of nurse to Peter and I. Her name is Letitia and she is a bit older than the others but to be fair once we take our glasses off it hardly matters.

Our NHS at it's best!

To save money so that they can afford more pen pushers the NHS gets a lot of it's blood for transfusions from abroad. About three years ago they were buying it from places like American prisons and, unsuprisingly, some of it was contaminated.

One poor bloke had to go into hospital for a routine operation and had to have a blood transfusion. Unfortunately for him the blood was contaminated and contained cancer cells that later gave him liver cancer. There is a drug avaiable to control his condition but the NHS, despite causing his condition, won't let him have it because it is too expensive!

He has been paying for the drug from his savings which have now run out which means there is every chance he will now die, killed by the NHS.

His death, and the thousands of others who have died needlessly since New Labour came to power are the direct result of New Labours total mismanagement of the NHS and every member of the Labour Party should be put on trial for murder.

I was wrong!

Yes, I know it's a bit of a shock but I was wrong! A few days ago I said that gormless Gordon and his tax and waste policies were killing 5000 people a year because of dirty hospitals.

The actual figures are 8000 for C-diff alone, with another 3000 being killed by MRSA. That is eleven thousand deaths a year this man is responsible for! To be fair gormless Gordon can be held responsible for throwing billions into the NHS without solving this problem. But he didn't cause it.

The cause of our dirty hospitals is because the cleaning is no longer the responsibility of the NHS but is done by private contactors. So whatever a hospital spends on cleaning straight away a huge chunk of it goes to keep company directors in huge salaries and shareholders in profit. To acheive these profits they use the cheapest cleaning materials they can find and pay their staff minimum wage.

These staff are employed on short term contracts with hardly any legal rights, no entitlement to holidays and because of this their staff turnover is unbelievably high. They cleaners do as little as possible for the pittance they are paid and the end result is filthy hospitals and 11,000 deaths a year.

It also goes to prove another point. That people in the cleaning industry, dustmen, sewage workers, road sweepers etc are doing jobs that are every bit as important and every bit as essential as policeman, fireman, doctors etc. So isn't it about time this was recognised and they were paid the same?

We live in a society where white collar workers and leaches like those in the advertising industry get paid very well yet people in essential jobs that protect us from disease are paid a pittance.

Pay peanuts and you get monkeys. The relatives of 11,000 people last year can testify to that.

As you all know.

As you all know Castonya and I have lung cancer. This means we can't work and have to live on benefits. This, according to the staff at the different benefits agencies we have to deal with, automatically makes us second class citizens and scroungers.

A perfect example is our sick certificate from the doctors. We have to provide a new one every three months and if it is even a day late our benefits are stopped. As they obviously expect us to suddenly get well again I have asked them on several occasions if they could send the miracle cure for cancer they have found to my doctors but to date they haven't replied.

Contrast this to somebody else I know. He is off sick with a bad back and recently went to see a doctor from the benefits agency. He was asked a few questions then told to come back in 2011. He doesn't need to get sick certificates, see his doctor or anything.

So if you are going to get ill under this government make sure you get the right illness. Get a bad back or bad kneees or something but whatever you do don't get something as trivial as cancer. Because if you do you will spend half your life being hassled by the people who are supposed to be helping you.

Saving money at the cost of lives. Adults Only

Another major problem that the NHS has is that to save money, so there is plenty left to fund ridiculous stuff like IVF treatment for people too selfish to adopt, the NHS stopped employing cleaners and handed it all over to private contractors.

These contractors pay minimum wages, often use illegal immigrants and the result is that our hospitals are now so dirty that over four thousand people a year day from infections they caught in hospital.

It could easily be resolved of course. All they would need to do is get rid of all the admin staff who spend most of their time doing nothing and use the money saved to employ their own cleaners and pay them a decent wage. When I was in Hammersmith hospital somebody came round twice a day to inspect the ward and see if it was clean. That was twice a day more than any cleaners came. If they swapped these penpushers clipboards for a bucket and mop then maybe a lot of these deaths could be prevented.

A perfect example of the main problem with the NHS was a few yaers back when world famous minger and millionaire Cherie Blair went into hospital and had her baby on the NHS.

Now this money grabbing piece of scum could quite easily of paid for her treatment but good socialist that she is she would rather deprive poor people of urgently needed treatment than put her hand in her pocket and pay for something she could easily afford.

As you may have realised the NHS, the system that is funded by poor peoples taxes so that the rich can recieve free health care, is sixty years old. We have decided to join in the celebrations and feature some of the sexiest nurses.

Luckily for us our unelected leader thinks that admin staff and other pen pushers deserve more money than the nurses who actually do most of the work and pays them a pittance meaning that more and more of them are getting their kit off to make ends meet.

So here is a nurse.

No, I am not talking about Chelsea, although seeing Liverpool get their just desserts last night was very satisfying. I am talking about the Conservatives. If this country is to have any future at all we need Boris Johnson to win the Mayoral election and the Conservatives to give Labour a good pasting in all the local elections.

Labour have proved that they cannot be trusted with anything at all. Immigration, education, taxes, crime, you name it and it has got worse under Labour. The rich have got richer, the poor have got poorer. Labour have been responsible for slaughtering thousands of people in filthy hospitals while Ken Livingstone's traffic policies have been killing off motorists.

The English are now discriminated against as a matter of course and Labour's open door policy on immigration is responsible for bringing back diseases such as TB to this country that we eradicated year ago. Immigrants, especially the economic variety from Eastern Europe are bringing their families here and using resources that even a life time of paying income tax could never pay for.

While private companies increase their profits by using cheap workers from abroad British people are forced out of work and onto benefits meaning even higher taxes for everyone. Labour have single handedly managed to change one of the best countries in the world into a dirty, violent, crime ridden land that a large number of Englishman are ashamed to call home.

If you vote Labour today I hope you get mugged on the way home.

Prescription charges down in Scotland. Adults Only

In a blatant attempt to buy votes prescription charges have just gone down in Scotland. Where do you think the money for this has come from?

Well if I tell you that prescription charges in England have just gone up by 20p an item will that give you a clue?

Discrimination is still alive and well in this country and as usual the English are the victims.

I am starting my own Political Party

As Peter has decided he wants to be elected I have decided that I am going to start my own political party. I have thought very carefully about it and have come up with a cunning plan.

Most of my MP's will be straight out of university and will never have done a days work in their lives. Most of them will have studied law and will know exactly how to make things appear straight and honest even when they are not. they will be experts in manipulating facts and figures and will know exactly how to appear good in the eyes of the press.

They will all be fairly well off, will never have known what it is like to be poor and will have nothing at all in common with my target voters, the poor. They will all have private health insurance and wont have to suffer the NHS except when there is a photo opportunity. Their kids will all go to private schools and most of them will actually be from another country so any rules they enforce in England won't actually apply to them.

I will use every problem the country faces as an excuse to raise taxes, the revenue from which I will send to the countries my MP's hail from to ensure that they get elected.

I wont bother educating the children of the poor, sorting out public transport, the health service, dealing with crime or controlling illegal immigration. But I will make it legal for homosexuals to bugger sixteen year old boys in public toilets.

Motorists will be treated as criminals and I will use the phoney global warming scam as a scare mongering tool and as an excuse to once again raise taxes. I will introduce on the spot fines for everything and make it so that only the poor need obey the law.

I will promise the earth in my election manifesto then once I am elected I will completely ignore it and go back on my promises. I will fiddle with all the constituency boundaries and make it very difficult for any other party to oppose me and get elected.

Crime will go up, the prisons will be full, taxes will be at an all time high, kids will leave school unable to read and write. A stay in hospital will have a good chance of becoming a death sentance and the rich will get richer and the poor will get poorer.

My main agenda will be lining my pockets and getting myself re-elected so I can become even richer. Racism against the English will become the norm and minorities will be given precedence over the indigenous population.

I am going to call this party New Labour. Do you think people will be stupid enough to fall for it?

I have just got a letter from the Royal Marsden. My next apointment is June 12th. And they have sent me forms for an x-ray and a blood test!

Yes they do things the sensible way! I go there, have my blood test and my x-ray and then see the doctor. Unlike Charring Cross where you see the doctor who then sends you for a blood test and x-ray after keeping you waiting for an hour or so.

It is called forward planning and saves both my time and the doctors time! It is something I actually suggested to the staff at Charring Cross but unfortunately I didn't have a translator so I am not sure any of them understood what I meant.

Plus of course it is common sense which is something that the NHS are not very good at.
