New Jaguar Revealed

The motor show is currently on in London. Unfortunately it is at Excel in east London which means it is virtually impossible to get there unless you live in Kent or Essex and even then you get the choice of being mugged on the way from the station or having your car nicked from the car park.

Jaguar have used this event to lauch their latest sports car, the imaginatively named XKR, so named to distinguish it from their last sports car, the XKR and the one before that, the XKR.

This version is special though. It looks good, it has a supercharged 4.2 litre lump that gets it from 0 to 60 in under 5 seconds. But thats not what makes it special. No this Jaguar is special because it is the first one since the sixties that is guaranteed to get from one Jaguar dealer to another without breaking down and being towed in!

Can you imagine, all that power and a range of at least 50 miles before needing repair. I bet the germans and the japs are quaking in their boots.
