Police Shooting Enquiry

This week all the papers have been going on about the enquiry into the police shooting on the underground after last years bombings. They all seem to blaming everybody except the man responsible.

This man was here illegaly. His visa had run out and he should have gone back to Brazil. If he had of done he wouldn't have been in London and could not have got shot. It is as simple as that. The only person to blame for this is the man himself.

And the Brazilian government getting involved and demanding apologies and compensation etc is the height of hypocracy. Until they do something about the thousands of innocent people shot dead by the police in their own cities every year they should shut up and keep their noses out.

But I do belive there is Compensation due. This should be paid to the real victims in this matter. To the tax payers who have subsidised this man living in London illegaly, who subsidise the tube so that he was able to afford a ticket, who have paid for the hugely expensive enquiry, who have provided the legal aid that his relatives got to try and claim compensation, which of course the tax payers will also fund. We even paid for the bullets!

As far as I am concerned the Brazulian government and this mans family owe us and not the other way around. He should not have been there and if he hadn't have been there it could not of happened. So is there a lawyer out there brave enough to try and get justice for us and get our money back?
