I am feeling pretty rough today, it's taken 1000mg of Paracetomol, 800mg of Ibruprofen and 16mg of codein just to get me in this chair! And is still feels like somebody is inside me attacking me with a blow torch. So I'm afraid you are not going to get any of my usual ramblings today and will just have to put up with some pics of some fit birds instead. Sorry about that but it's all I'm fit for today.
