Although electoral reform is vital there is actually something far more urgent to take care of first. England needs it's own parliament, just like the Irish, the Welsh and the Scotish have.
At the moment MP's from these other countries vote against policies in their own country then vote for them here, despite the fact that 80% of English people didn't vote for this government.
So cancer patients in Scotland get drugs that are witheld from the English because they cost to much. The Welsh don't pay for their prescriptions yet the English do. English taxes are used to make life more comfortable and easier for everbody except the English.
England needs it's own parliament now, with only MP's from England voting on matters that affect England. Just like the Scots, the Welsh and the Irish have.
