Racism alive and well.

Well as I am sure many of you already know, despite us having a multicultural society, racism is alive and well. To prove this the Welsh Parliament has just decided to abolish car parking charges at hospitals.

Now I don't have a problem with them abolishing what is basically just a tax on being ill but why should the Welsh get free parking when the English don't? Why do they get free prescriptions when the English don't?

The answer is of course because they have their own Parliament whereas the English don't. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland all have their own Parliament and are considered countries in their own right. England doesn't have one and is considered just a part of the United Kingdom.

Except when it comes to taxes. Then we in England are considered just a cash cow and are taxed unmercilessly so that these other countries can enjoy priviledges that we are not allowed.

The Welsh, the Scots or the Irish getting things that we don't is discrimination. Because they get these things because of their nationality and we don't get them because of ours then this can only be desribed as racial discrimination. Which is not only illegal under UK law but also under European law.

So when can we expect to see the entire government in the dock being prosecuted for it?
